By registering and applying for accreditation in this system, you ("Client") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Online Ordering and Quotation Management System, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Accreditation Requirement
All users must undergo an accreditation process before gaining full access to the system. Submission of required information does not guarantee approval. Wellvise Technology Inc. reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its discretion.

3. Accuracy of Information
The Client agrees to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and accreditation. Any false or misleading information may result in denial or termination of access.

4. Use of the System
The system is intended solely for requesting quotations and placing orders related to services offered by Wellvise Technology Inc., including but not limited to:

• Metal fabrication
• CNC machining
• Laser marking
• Bending services

Unauthorized use of the system is strictly prohibited.

5. Quotation and Ordering Process
All quotations generated through the system are subject to review and approval by authorized personnel. Prices, specifications, and availability may change without prior notice. Orders shall only be considered valid upon confirmation by the company.

6. Account Responsibility
The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity performed under the account shall be the responsibility of the registered user.

7. Data Privacy
All personal and company information collected will be used solely for accreditation, transaction processing, and communication purposes. The system will take reasonable measures to protect user data in accordance with applicable data privacy regulations.

8. System Availability
While efforts are made to ensure continuous system availability, Wellvise Technology Inc. does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The system may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.

9. Limitation of Liability
Wellvise Technology Inc. shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the system.

10. Termination of Access
The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the system for violations of these Terms and Conditions or for any misuse of the platform.

11. Amendments
These Terms and Conditions may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the system constitutes acceptance of any changes.
